Before joining Panteia Rob worked for the Dutch Ministry of Transport, Public Works and Water Management (Risk Management), the Rotterdam Port Authorities (Port Management) and the Dutch Ministry of Finance (Public Private Partnerships). Rob was the coordinator of the LABEL project (Creating a Label for Secured Truck Parking Areas along the Trans-European Road Network and Defining a Certification Process). Rob is also involved in the TEN-T Core Network Studies. He holds master degrees in Civil Engineering, Economy and Psychology.
